Boiled eggs are protein rich source of energy. Today we are going to make egg gravy which is eat with rice, roti ,chapati etc.

First of all take boiled eggs and remove their skin. For making gravy we need some ingredients like tomato onion ginger garlic and some cashews. Now keep water for boiling and then add chopped tomato onion garlic and ginger and cashews for 5 to 7 minutes

After 5 to 7 minute all material become boiled remove it make it cool and then remove upper skin of tomato and then chopped it and grind it with tomato onion ginger garlic and cashews and make a fine paste

Now it's time to make a tadka with khada masala like 2 bay leaves 1cinnamon,2-3cardamom.

Now add fine paste of tomato and onion and soute it then add garam masala kanda lasun masala salt and mix it will when masala is nicely cooked add half cup of water and then add boiled eggs in it.

At last add chopped coriander and grated cheese and serve it with chapati, roti or rice
