Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 200 gramsPork offcuts
  2. 1/2Cabbage
  3. 1Carrot
  4. 3 mediumPotatoes
  5. 2Green onion or scallion
  6. 1packet Enoki mushrooms
  7. 2 sliceAburaage
  8. 12Wiener sausages
  9. Soup
  10. 3 tbspMix of red and white miso
  11. 1 tspSoy sauce
  12. 10 gramsChicken stock granules
  13. 1300 mlWater
  14. 1 cloveGarlic

Cooking Instructions

    Cut all the vegetables and meat into bite-sized pieces.

    Pour the water into an earthenware pot and bring to a boil. Add the chicken stock, miso, and soy sauce. Make sure the miso is dissolved completely.

    Add the ingredients to the pot, starting with the ones that take longer to cook. Potatoes, carrots, meat, enoki mushrooms, aburaage, cabbage, green onions.

    Heat over medium heat for about 10 minutes. When everything is cooked through, mix in the grated garlic and it's done.
