I'm into making steamed bread and I enjoy it long. It's easy to make but so delicious! Steamed bread is just as good as cake.

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 50 gramsCake flour
  2. 1/2 tspBaking powder
  3. 25 gramsSugar
  4. 50 gramsYogurt
  5. 2 tbspMilk
  6. 1 tspVegetable oil
  7. 1from 1/2 lemon Lemon zest

Cooking Instructions

    Combine the sugar, vegetable oil, yogurt, milk and lemon zest (optional).

    Sift the combined flour and baking powder into the yogurt mixture.

  3. 3

    Place paper muffin cups in the ramekins and pour in the batter.

  4. 4

    Steam over high heat for 10 minutes. They are already done.
