It’s a great substitute for your regular namkeen . Let me warn you, this snack can get quite addictive. I do make it in large quantity during festivals to serve it to the guests, as everyone from adults to kids just love this.

Dry roast Murmura till crunchy. Keep it ready.
Roast Almonds, cashews and peanuts with ghee till crunchy. Keep it ready. - 2
For Seasoning mix together... salt,sugar, chilli powder, dry mango powder, chaat masala, pepper powder and Cummin powder. Keep it ready.

Dry roast cornflakes for 5-7 minutes. Now add in 1/2 of the Seasoning and mix it well with cornflakes. Toss them nicely on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
Remove it from heat. - 4
Heat oil and splattered chilli and curry leaves. Once the curry leaves becomes crispy add in remaining Seasoning, stir and mix well.

Immediately add in roasted cornflakes, dry fruits and Murmura mix them with. Toss them nicely on low flame for a minute. Turn off flame.
Let it come to the room temperature. Cornflakes Chivra is ready. - 6
Store it in a airtight container. And enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee or serve it to your kids.
