Firstly chopped my spring onions

Grinded my scotch bonnet and tomato

Gently add my palm oil into pot

Add spring onions, grinded scotch bonnet and tomato and stir fry

Add water

Then added my already clean dried fish

Added my seasonings and spices

Allow the water to boil

Added my oat and cooked on low heat until it is done
