Ingredients

10 mins

1 serving

1dry egg noodle (about 35 grams)
250 mlwater
4champignon mushrooms, sliced
1red chili, sliced
1 tspchicken powder
1/2 tspcurry powder
1/2 tspfish sauce
1 tsplime or lemon juice
Dried veggies (optional, I used one sachet from an instant ramen)

Combine all ingredients in a pan, except dried veggies, if using.

Boil until the noodle is cooked. Stir occasionally.

Top with dried veggies. Stir before eating. You can use dried shallots, too!
