Rabdi the creamy companion to our winter woes. Rabdi is a traditional dish during festivals & special occasions in India. So many types & flavours of rabdi is available in market . Each one has their own taste . Here I prepare apple rabdi .
Steps

Peel & grate the apple. In a pan add ghee & roast apple pulp, add cinnamon powder. It roast about 3 to 4 mins. Keep aside.

Boil milk add sugar till consume half. Now add milk powder. (in a bowl add some water or milk & milk powder make a paste) now add roasted apple pulp.

Some more time boil it & stir continues. Check when all ingredients mix proper off the flame. (consistency of rabdi depends on our taste).

After cool down add essences & chopped walnuts. Keep it in refrejater for 1 hour. When serve garnish with finely chopped pistachio & rose petals.

Different taste, healthy,looks amazing dessert. On the festive occasion serve it with love everyone will appreciate you. Try at once.
