Hanpen Fish Cake Sandwich with Chicken and Green Onions

I had a bunch of leftover scraps of minced chicken and hanpen fishcakes, so I tried combining what I had in my fridge.
I got caught up on whether or not to fry these, but I decided to cook these up simply and healthily.

You don't cut an opening in Step 2, and cut it completely in half to make sandwiches.
Scrambling the leftover egg mixture and using it as a topping might be nice. Recipe by ipusamu

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2Hanpen
  2. 200 gramsGround chicken
  3. 2stalks Green onions (cut into small pieces)
  4. 2 sliceMeltable sliced cheese
  5. 3Eggs
  6. 1Vegetable oil (for frying)
  7. 1 dash☆Salt and pepper
  8. 1/2 tsp☆Soy sauce
  9. 1/2 tsp☆Grated ginger in a tube

Cooking Instructions

    Place the minced chicken, green onions cut into small pieces, and ☆ into a bowl, and mix together.

  2. 2

    Cut the hanpen into fourths, and cut it in half length-wise so you can make sandwiches. Put the mixture from Step 1 and the cheese in between, and coat with whisked egg.

    Coat a frying pan with a fair amount of vegetable oil, and cook covered with a lid over a low~medium heat. Flip over once browned, brown the other side, and they are done.
