2Eggs
1/4Onion
5Pickled cucumber
4 sliceBread of your choice
3 tbsp●Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp●Grain mustard
1 dash●Salt

Steps

Place the eggs in water, and boil for 10 minutes (begin the timer once the water comes to the boil).

Peel and finely chop the boiled eggs. Mince the onion and pickled cucumber.

Mix the egg, onion and pickles together with the ingredients marked ●. Sandwich the mixture between the slices of bread and cut them into any shape you like to finish!
