Steps

Take a pan, add 1-2 Table Spoon Desi Ghee in it & turn the gas in low flame.

When ghee gets heated up, add badaam & kaju pieces in it & roast them til they turn light golden brown in colour & start popping.

After 30 seconds-1 Minute, when they start popping & turns light golden brown in colour, take them out in a plate & add kishmish pieces in it & roast them for 10 seconds.

Then take kishmish pieces also out in a plate.

Now take a kadhai, add 1/2 Cup Suji in it & turn the gas on low flame.

Now dry roast suji for 7-8 minutes, till it starts releasing a fragrance & turn light brown in colour.

After 7-8 minutes, when it starts releasing a fragrance & turns light golden brown in colour, add 1/2 Cup Desi Ghee in it + ghee in which dry fruits were roasted & mix them properly.

Now roast suji in ghee till it turn golden brown in colour.

After 6-7 minutes, when it turns golden brown in colour, add 1/2 Cup Sugar in it & mix it properly.

Now cook them till sugar is completely dissolved in it.

After 8-10 minutes, when sugar is completely dissolved in suji, add elaichi powder induced water in it & kix them properly.

Now cook them till suji absorbs all water & turns thick.

After 3-4 minutes, add 2 Table Spoon Milk with 1 Pinch Yellow Food Colour in it & mix them properly.

Chop Dry Fruits roughly & add them in halwa.

Cook them for 5-6 minutes.

Your Suji Ka Halwa is ready to be sreved.
