Prepare your favorite jelly according to package directions. Pour jelly into a pan. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm.
While the Jello is setting, cut the tops from the oranges. Using a sharp spoon or knife, carefully hollow out the oranges. Carve a scary face on each hollowed orange.

When the Jello is firm, cut jelly into small cubes. Fill each orange with the jelly cubes and sprinkles Wrap each orange in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve well chilled.
