Take Wheat flour and add oil as well as salt bind semi hard dough

Take boiled potatoes peel off the skin and mash them add peas and salt as well as Magic Masala and chopped coriander leaves to the mixture and prepare the masala

Take a small portion of dough and start rolling in the thin roti cut off into half and then fill in the stuff of potato peas and cover the layer in triangular shape as we prepare by sticking the the sides for Samosa

Next dip fry them into golden colour or bake in an oven
