6 ozcooked albacore or tuna, shredded and chilled (about 170 grams)
1small carrot, cooked, diced, and chilled
1celery stalk, diced
1/4 cupred bell pepper, diced
1/2small red onion, thinly sliced
Lettuce leaves of your choice
Dressing
2 tablespoonsolive oil
1 tablespoonlemon juice or vinegar
1/2 teaspoonsalt, or to taste
1/4 teaspoonblack pepper

In a bowl, combine the chickpeas, albacore, carrot, celery, red bell pepper, and red onion.

Make the dressing by whisking together the olive oil, lemon juice or vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Toss the salad with the dressing.

Chill in the refrigerator until well cooled and serve over a bed of lettuce.
