Ingredients

  1. 3 PoundChicken
  2. 3Tomatoes (Large Size)
  3. 3Onion (Medium Size)
  4. 5-6Green Chillies
  5. 10-12Button Red Chillies
  6. 1 TspFenugreek (Kasuri Methi)
  7. 1 CupWater
  8. 3/4 CupOil
  9. 2 TBspGinger garlic Paste
  10. 1 TspCumin Seeds
  11. 1 TspSalt (or to taste)
  12. 1/2 CupYogurt
  13. 3-4Green Chillies
  14. 1/2 TspGaram Masala Powder
  15. 1Small Koila (For Smoke)
  16. Dry Fenugreek (For Garnish)
  17. Chopped Fresh Coriander (For Garnish)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a Pot, Add Water Onion, Tomatoes, Button Red Chillies, Green Chillies and Kasuri Methi. Bring it to one Boil turn off the Flame.

    In Grinder Add Boil Fixture Grind well.

    In A Pot, Add Cumin Seeds, Ginger Garlic Paste.

    Add Chicken And Cook Until Oil Separates.

  5. 5

    Add Tomatoes Onion Paste, Salt, Now Cover and Cook Until Tomatoes Water is dry.

    Add Yogurt Mix Well and Cook for 3-5 Mins.

    Add Garam Masala Powder, Kasuri Methi and Green Chillies.

    Cover and Simmer For 5 Mins.

  9. 9

    For Koila Dum, take a Piece of Foil Paper.

  10. 10

    Heat a Piece of Coal and Place Burning Coal on Foil Paper Piece.

  11. 11

    Drop Few Drops Of Oil and Cover For 5-7 Mins.

  12. 12

    Koila Karahi With Beautiful aroma Of Coal Is Ready to Serve.
