One pot Yam Porridge
Yummy porridge yam for dinner
Steps

Peel yam, cut into cube, wash and place in the pot
- 2
Blend pepper, onion, crayfish and Tatashe and pour into pot
- 3
Add beef, oil, salt, maggi and add enough water to cook the yam
- 4
Place yam on fire and once yam is soft enough, mash porridge using wooden spoon or masher
- 5
Reduce heat after 3 to 5 minutes, add scent leaf stir and turn of heat.

Serve and enjoy
