Ingredients

4 hrs freezing
1 - 2 people
  • 1mango ; cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 200 gmsfresh cream
  • 2-3 tbspssugar
  • 2 tbspshoney
  • 2-3 tsp saffron water
  • 1 pinchelaichi / green cardamom powder

Steps

4 hrs freezing
  1. 1

    Blend all the above ingredients to a smooth texture. Add the cream at the end. Give a quick blend.

  2. 2

    Transfer the mixture to cups or moulds. Cover and freeze this for about 4 to 5 hours.

  3. 3

    Transfer the set kulfi from the mould to a plate and garnish with chopped almonds or pistachios and few strands of saffron.
