Cooking Instructions

Boil your beef with a good amount of water and seasoning to have enough stock for your soup.

After boiling seive your stock to avoid some particles.

Add your egusi to the stock with reasonable amount of palm oil and allow it to boil

In a blender blend your tomatoes,bell peppers, scotch bonnet and onions.

Place the mixture in pot and allow it to cook to.

Add uziza seed,eru and bitter leaf then add boiled mixture to the egusi stock mixture and allow it to cook add reasonable amount of seasoning to the soup when it is done add your spinach allow it to cook for 1 min.

Enjoy with any kind of swallow of choice.
