  • 1carving pumpkin
  • 1 textra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinchsalt, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Get a big ol' carving pumpkin.

  2. 2

    Carve a scary or fun design.

  3. 3

    Rinse and clean the seeds from the pumpkin’s guts.

  4. 4

    Toss with extra virgin olive oil and salt.

  5. 5

    Roast at 300°F until light golden brown, about 30–45 minutes.
