For Your Bento Sautèed Spinach with Tarako Salted Cod Roe

I had a lot of spinach and tarako in the fridge.
I wanted to come up with a spinach dish other than boiled spinach as an bento item.
Be careful not to microwave for too long during Step 1. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Recipe by Mo-ri- mama

Combine the tarako and sake.
- 3
Heat vegetable oil (a few drops, not listed) in a pan, and briefly sautè the spinach. Add the tarako and sake from Step 2, and toss evenly.

Here it is in my husband's bento.
