Take 1 tsp oil in a kadai, add 1 tsp each mustard seeds and urd dal.

When mustard seeds splutter and urd dal becomes light brown add 2 to3 red chilli pieces/ coarse powder. Mix for 1 minute.

Add chopped beans, salt to taste. Mix well and cook. Little water can be added for cooking beans. Garnish with grated coconut.
