Maple Syrup/Honey Fried Chicken

Steps

Butterfly the chicken breasts (means to knife to cut the chicken in half horizontally). Then cut them into small pieces

Mix 2 eggs with some corn starch

Put the chicken into the mixture

Heat up the pan and fry the chicken until golden brown

Put the chicken aside. Then reheat the pan

Put a bit of oil in along with the butter

Put the garlic in and stir around for a few seconds

Put 1/3 cup of Honey/Maple Syrup into the pan

Put 1 tbsp of soy sauce in along with the 1.5 tbsp Vinegar

Mix the sauce then put the chicken in and put the heat on simmer until the sauce thickens
