Ingredients

1 cupflour
1/2 cupsugar
1teaspon of vanilla essence
2eggs
1/2 cupbuttermilk (1/2 cup milk + 1tspn lemon
1/4 cupoil
1tspn baking powder
Salt

Take a blender … add 2 eggs,1/2 cup sugar,1/4 cup oil,1/2 cup buttermilk,1 tsp vanilla essence and blend

Pour it in a bowl and add 1 cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder, a pinch of salt (I used self rising flour so no need to add baking powder and salt) ps >> self rising flour already has salt and baking powder in it

Mix all together And bake

I greased my pan with oil and poured the cake mix
