In a bowl take wheat flour.

Add finely chopped fresh methi leaves.

Now, add all dry spices red chilli, coriander powder,turmeric, asafoetida, ajwain, Salt, garam masala & oil. mix it well.

Knead dough with water and leave dough for 15 minutes.

Now, take small ball sized dough and roll it 5 inch. Apply ghee or oil and give a desire shape to paratha and roll it gently.

Heat the tawa, put the paratha on it. when one side cook flip it and cook other side.

Apply both side of paratha ghee or oil and cook it well for both side perfectly.

Take out paratha on plate & Serve hot with curd and pickle.
