Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 180 mlUncooked white rice
  2. 100 gramsChestnuts
  3. 250 mlDashi stock
  4. 1/2 tspSalt
  5. 1 tspUsukuchi soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the fresh chestnuts in their shells. Let rest for 30 minutes to an hour.

  2. 2

    Patiently peel the chestnuts from Step 1.

  3. 3

    Soak the peeled chestnuts in water for a while.

  4. 4

    Put everything in rice cooker and set it to cook.
