  • Broccoli
  • 1tomato
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Mustard (I used Dijon mustard)
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Red pepper dews

    Wash broccoli and finely cut up into small pieces. Wash tomato and cut into pieces. Cut 4-5 pepper dews up finely - Mix them all together

  2. 2

    Mix olive oil, Dijon mustard and balsamic vinegar together. Then pour over broccoli and tomatoes. Finish off with salt and pepper to season. Enjoy !
