Avocado is good for salads, but it's also delicious cooked.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1Avocado
  2. 1/2 blockFirm tofu
  3. 1Egg
  4. 1 tbspOlive oil
  5. 1 tbspPonzu

Cooking Instructions

    Remove the skin and pit from the avocado. Drain the firm tofu and dice.

  2. 2

    Heat olive oil in a frying pan and cook the tofu. Once browned, add the avocado.

  3. 3

    After it has cooked lightly, pour in the ponzu. Add the beaten egg and combine everything together. Turn off the heat.

  4. 4

    Serve on a dish, and it's complete!
