Back in my bachpan I saw that my uncle (phoopa ) has back problems so my phuopo cook this in dal very often for him but these are so delicious that we all like to have it she always send a portion for us I asked her about recipe because my husband also complaining about back problem as he suffer the painfull cervical pain last two year ago so I want to stop the pain right nip in the bud for this I ask from google mom(as my daughter called it google mein kyon k mein sub janti hai ) for some recipes to combine all them togather I fond this recipe convenient to me and my family members which includes three kids too

Peeler se peel krlo like kheera ya like seem phali..bareek chalke utar lo knife se. es k baad finger size cut kerlain

Then heat oil add onion fry till golden brown after you put chillies pate 1/2tsp ginger garlic paste,red chili powder,turmeric powder (I use organic turmeric),coriander powder,garam masala powder and tomato according to qunatity or taste..

Then bhoonify and add chicken(I use only wings and necks to attain the maximum juice or stock) and cook at least thirty minutes in gravy

Then add moringa phalli and water and cover the pot in medium flame and after 15 -20 min you check if phali sticks separate by your hand then turn off flame add fresh coriander leaves serve hot with boil rice or chapatis I serve with chapatis
