Besan Bread Toast
Besan bread Toast is one of quick and tasty breakfast.
Steps

Mix besan and water in a large bowl to make a smooth semi-thick batter
Add salt, turmeric powder, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, onions, coriander leaves. Mix well. Add red chili flakes. - 2
Dip bread into batter. Do not leave bread in the batter too long as the slice will break.

Take a tawa or pan. Heat 1 tsp oil over medium flame in it. Place the soaked bread slice in a pan and spread 1 or 2 tsp besan batter on top of bread. Cook for 4 mins or until bottom is golden brown.

Carefully flip over the bread to the other side and cook for 3-4 mins.
Add a little oil to the sides to cook the bread toast. - 5
Make the remaining Besan Bread Toast in the same way. Serve with ketchup, green chutney or masala tea for breakfast.
