Yakiniku Namul Bowl Like at Tokyo Disneyland

I didn't want to forget the yaki-niku namul bowl that I ate at Tokyo Disneyland.
The yaki-niku sauce is rather strong, so don't use too much salt for the bean sprouts namul. You could top with a poached egg as well. Recipe by Yucchan**

Steps
- 1
Cut the cucumber and onion like in the picture.
- 2
Heat sesame oil in the frying pan and saute the cucumber and bean sprouts until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
- 3
Transfer the bean sprout namul to a plate. Put the onion and beef into the frying pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and cook. (Add the beef once the onions have wilted.)
- 4
Once the onions and beef have cooked through, turn off the heat and season with the yakiniku sauce.
- 5
I used this brand of medium spicy yakiniku sauce.
- 6
Put the rice, bean sprout namul, and grilled beef on a plate, then garnish with a boiled egg (optional).
- 7
Top with a Mickey Mouse shaped boiled egg.
