Is it just me or truly fish is the best accompaniment for Spaghetti?

Cook spaghetti for about 7 to 8 minutes till it's all dente. Drain, rinse and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pot, add sliced onion, and ginger garlic paste. Stir fry till onion is tender and translucent.

Add your tomato pepper paste. Fry a bit. Season to taste with salt, buillion cubes and curry powder. Allow to fry for a few minutes.

Put in your carrots and green beans and allow the sauce to cook for a bit.

Lastly add your Al dente spaghetti. Add a little stock or water. Stir to combine. Cover, lower flame and allow to simmer till all liquid is absorbed.

Serve alongside fried fish. Enjoy.
