Steps

Wash & cut your spinach. Wash very well with salt.

Wash your veggies & cut in strips. (Red bell pepper, green pepper, yellow bell pepper, carrots and onions?

In a large pan, put little vegetable oil, add your ginger paste stir well and add your garlic paste. Then add your onions. Stir for 3 minutes. Then add your remaining veggies.

Add pinch of salt & black pepper. Stir fry all for 5 minutes. Off the flame.

In a clean pot, add your washed & diced kidney. Add water, pinch of salt, onions, seasonings, spices and little oil.

Let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

Due to the water that will come out from the spinach, make a slurry of corn flour (Add corn flour and water). Pour into the soup to thicken.

Allow to mix up for 2 to 3 minutes.

Enjoy with white rice, boiled yam, cous-cous, chips etc

Don't forget to have your chilled Kunun aya, zobo or any Natural homemade mixed fruit juice of your choice 😋😋😋😂
