Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 bowlbasmati rice
  • 1/2 bowl sprouted moong dal
  • 1/2 bowl nutri chunks
  • as per tasteGhee
  • 1/3 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/3 tspturmeric powder
  • Pinchhing
  • as per tasteSalt

Steps

15 mins.
  1. 1

    Wash and soak rice for thirty min. Then in a pressure cooker add all ingredients.

  2. 2

    Pour water as per requirement keep it on low to medium flame for one or two whistles then of the flame.

  3. 3

    Keep the pressure cool transfer to a serving plate and serve with grated beetroot (optional) and enjoy.
