Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy, add in your eggs one at a time. Add juice of 1 big lemon, grate the lemon zest and add to your mixture. Add your lemon flavor and vanilla extract. Mix in the dry ingredients, put half first then mix and add your milk, add the remaining half and mix. Be careful not to over mix. Pour batter into a greased and floured pan and bake in a preheated oven at 175 - 180°c for about 40 minutes. Or until toothpick comes out clean.
