  1. 2Masala Maggi
  2. 1 1/2 cup Water
  3. 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  4. 1/2 teaspoonRed Chili powder
  5. 2 tablespoonschopped Onion
  6. 1 teaspoonchopped Garlic
  7. 1 teaspoonchopped Ginger
  8. 1 teaspoonchopped Green Chili
  9. 2 teaspoonschopped Capsicum
  10. as requiredSmall quantity chopped Coriander leaves
  11. 2 tablespoonsCorn Flour
  12. as per neededRefined Oil a for deep fry
  13. 1 serving spoonRefined Oil
  14. 1small Onion
  15. 1medium size Capsicum
  16. 1/2 teaspoonSalt
  17. as required Manchurian Sauce
  18. as requiredWater as per requirement

Steps

    Use 2 Masala Maggi for Maggi Manchurian.

  2. 2

    Crush 1 Maggi. It will be used for coating.

  3. 3

    Add 1 and 1/2 cup Water in pan and heat.

  4. 4

    Add Maggi Masala in Water and mix.

  5. 5

    Add 1 Maggi in Water, cook till it is soft and Water is dried out.

  6. 6

    Transfer the cooked Maggi in a bowl. It will be used to make Maggi ball.

  7. 7

    Add 1/4th teaspoon Salt in cooked Maggi.

  8. 8

    Add 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili powder.

  9. 9

    Add 2 tablespoons chopped Onion.

  10. 10

    Add 1 teaspoon chopped Garlic.

  11. 11

    Add 1 teaspoon chopped Ginger.

  12. 12

    Add 1 teaspoon chopped Green Chili.

  13. 13

    Add 2 teaspoons chopped Capsicum.

  14. 14

    Add small quantity chopped Coriander leaves.

    Add 2 tablespoons Corn Flour.

    Mix well.

    Apply Water on your palms.

    Prepare Maggi balls.

    Coat Maggi balls with crushed Maggi.

    Add Refined Oil in pan as per requirement for deep fry and heat.

    Deep fry Maggi balls.

    Next, prepare gravy. Add 1 serving spoon Refined Oil in pan and heat.

    Add 1 small Onion chopped and fry till brownish in color.

    Add 1 medium size Capsicum chopped.

    Add 1/2 teaspoon Salt.

    Add Manchurian Sauce.

    Add Water as per requirement and mix.

    Add chopped Coriander leaves and mix.

    Add fried Maggi balls in the gravy and mix well.

    Maggi Manchurian is ready.
