Steps

Saute onions and celery in butter until onios start to turn clear.

Add garlic and carrots. Saute another 5 min

Stir in chicken/turkey

Add stock, water, and gravy mix. Add all seasonings.

Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes until carrots are fork tender.

Add noodles and boil until noodles are tender.
