Sieve flour in a bowl, add sugar and yeast.

Mix together, then gently start adding in the coconut milk to make the dough.

Keep kneading and punching for about 15min until you get a soft not sticky dough.

Divide dough into two and set to rise for an hour.

After rising dust working surface with flour and divide into two ball(making four balls).

Roll ball into a half inch thickness, use pizza wheel or knife to cut into 4 sections.

Repeat step for each of the balls.

Dust try with flour and arrange in the sections.

Cover and allow to rise for about hour.

Heat oil and put in the sections to fry.

Immediately turn them over as the start puffing so as they don't crack.

Fry until golden brown, rest step for the rest of sections.
