Chicken Clear Soup
Cooking Instructions

Wash the chicken pieces with water.
Heat a pan or saucepan over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, onion, garlic, carrot, bay leaf, spring onion, ginger and 5 cups water. Bring to a boil. Then add salt, turmeric powder, black pepper, corn flour slurry. - 2
Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is soft. Turn off the gas

Strain the soup and keep aside the clear soup. Take out the chicken pieces then shred or chop it into small pieces.

Place a few small pieces of chicken in each serving bowl, then pour clear soup on top.

Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
