Mix all-purpose flour salt and butter with your fingers until it becomes crumbs texture.Add water 1 or 1-2 tb.spoon.Combine it like a dough.Do not knead.

Keep it in the fridge for 5 min.Now divide the dough into 2 parts.Take one part,make a ball,roll it out like a chapati.Cut roundals with the help of a cookie cutter or glass.Cover the tart mould with this roundal and prick it with a fork

In the meantime preheat the oven for 10 min.Bake these tarts at 180 degree for 20- 25 min.Let it cool.

For assembling- take a tart fill it with some cake pieces and drizzle some white chocolate compound.Fill some of the tarts with carrot halwa. Yummy taste !!0
