Ingredients

30 mins
  • 1 cupbajra flour
  • 2 tablespooneach of rava and besan
  • 1/2 cupeach of methi leaves and dhania/coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoongreen chili paste
  • 1 teaspoonginger garlic paste (you can also add green garlic if you have it)
  • Pinchhaldi, one teaspoon each of kashmiri chilli powder and coriander jeera powder
  • 1 teaspoontil/sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoonhot oil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    In a bowl take 1 cup bajra flour, 2 tablespoon each of rava and besan, 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon of green chili paste

  2. 2

    Add salt, pinch of haldi, one teaspoon each of kashmiri chilli powder and coriander jeera powder,

  3. 3

    Add 1/2 cup each of chopped methi leaves and dhania leaves, 1 teaspoon of til, 1/2 teaspoon of oil and water

  4. 4

    Add water only in small portion so you can roll it.....deep fry or make it in Appam pan and serve hot with chai
