Ingredients

30 min
4 servings
  • 1/2 cupCabbage chopped
  • 1/2 cupCauliflower chopped
  • 1/2 cupCarrot chopped
  • 1/2 cupCapsicum chopped
  • 1 TSPSalt and pepper
  • as required Cornflour for binding
  • as required Oil for frying + 1 tbsp for cooking
  • For gravy....
  • 1Onion chopped
  • 1Capsicum chopped
  • 1Spring onion chopped
  • 1Ginger chopped
  • as required Garlic chopped
  • 2Green chilli chopped
  • as per tasteSalt and pepperc
  • as required Tomato sauce
  • as required Chilli sauce
  • as required Soya sauce
  • as per tasteVinegar
  • as required Water
  • as neededCornflour slurry(2 tbsp mixed in 1 cup water)

Steps

  1. 1

    For making manchurian balls...
    In a bowl put all veg salt and pepper cornflour to make a dough like batter.

  2. 2

    Heat oil. Now make small balls from mixture and keep aside.
    Fry in medium flame till golden brown. Keep aside the fried balls

  3. 3

    To make gravy
    Heat oil add ginger garlic green chilli saute for few sec add onion capsicum saute till transulant

  4. 4

    Add spring onion cook again add tomato sauce chilli sauce vinegar salt pepper and cook for 1 min

  5. 5

    Add cornflour slurry and mix continuously to avoid lumps.cook till sauce becomes little thick.

  6. 6

    Assembling
    At the time of serving reheat the sauce add the fried balls and mix well

  7. 7

    Serve hot.
