Winter Veggies Dry Curry

Onset of winter season, brings lots of vegetables to make many colourful and delicious dishes. I prepared dry curry with cauliflower, carrot, green peas, beans and potato and it's delicious, goes well with chapattis and steamed rice.

Onset of winter season, brings lots of vegetables to make many colourful and delicious dishes. I prepared dry curry with cauliflower, carrot, green peas, beans and potato and it's delicious, goes well with chapattis and steamed rice.
Steps

Heat oil on a pan. Add chopped onion, ginger, Nigella seeds and green chillies. Saute for 30 seconds.

Add chopped veggies, turmeric, salt,cumin powder and chaat masala powder. Mix well with the veggies. Cover and cook on low flame.

When done,mix black pepper powder. Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve with hot phulka/roti/Poori.
