Steps

In a bowl mix spinach puree,suji & curd prepare a barter like idli.keep aside for 10 to 15 min.After that add eno & little salt mix well.if needed add little water.

Mix all chopped ingredients add little salt.Heat oil in a tempering pan add mustard seeds, chillies and curry leaves when splutter turn off the flame.

Now heat appam pan grease with temper oil,then add little mix veggies and fill them with the spinach barter

Now cook these hariyali paniyaram on low flame.when cooked from one side turn on to the other side of the same n cook.It will take 2 to 3 min.

Prepare all likewise n serve with any sauce or chutney.Its really very tasty n healthy.
