6Cauliflower clear big florets
as requiredMoong dal dry roasted,and washed and cooked just breaking
to tasteSalt
1 tspTurmeric
5/6 Green chillies slitted
2 tspCoriander chopped
2 tbspOnion,ginger, garlic paste
1 tspChilli powder
2/3 tbspOil to fry

Fry the cauliflower set aside

Add needed oil to pan,fry masala paste.Add cauliflower.
Add salt turmeric,add cooked dal,add chilli green, chilli powder.

Fry it thoroughly,add water,1 cup water,cover lid for 2 mins.

Garnish with coriander
