No Need to Let It Rise! 5-Minute Crispy Pizza Crust

I was taught this recipe by a friend.
We were hanging out at her place I was shocked that she could whip up a pizza in 20 minutes!

1. The dough will be easier to handle if you let it sit for 10 minutes, but there's no problem if you use it straight away.
2. The baking time will depend on your oven and the toppings used. Toppings that take a long time to cook will require about 20 minutes. Recipe by skytower

Steps

  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 220℃. In a bowl, briefly mix the dry ingredients with a spoon.

  2. 2

Add the ingredients marked with ★ (mix first) to the bowl from Step 1 in 3 or 4 increments, and mix each increment in with the spoon using a cutting motion.

  3. 3

After mixing adequately, knead the dough lightly until it becomes smooth. Roll the dough into a ball and it's finished.

  4. 4

Dust a chopping board with flour and flatten the dough thinly with a rolling pin.

  5. 5

Dock the dough and add whatever toppings you like. Bake the pizza at 220℃ for 10-20 minutes.

  6. 6

If you bake the pizza on a sheet of parchment paper, it should keep it from sticking.

  7. 7

While this dough tastes good with bread flour, please adjust the amount of the liquid ingredients according to how they mingle with the flour. You can also use half bread flour and half cake flour.
