Shred grilled chicken, slice cabbage and cut tomato. Mix mayyonaise and ketchup. (Mayochup)

Put chicken and veggies in a bowl. Add mayochup and mix. I left out peppers and hot sauce because my daughter doesn't like them.

Lay out flat bread and spread with thousand island dressing. Add your chicken and veggies. Wrap tightly and heat in a grill.

I peeled and cut the fruit (orange). Then the snack was potato chips. And her bottle of water of course.

Finally I packed in her lunch bag.
