Methi matar malai
Steps

Heat 1 tablespoon ghee and add chopped methi and cook it completely. And take out in a plate.

In the same kadhai add 1 tablespoon oil and add onions and cook it till brown than add ginger and garlic and mix than add green chillies and tomato and cook it for a minute.

Now add cashew nuts and mix and add 1/2 glass of water and cover the lid and cook for 2 minutes till tomatoes cook.

Cool down this mixture and grind it into a fine and smooth paste.

Add 1 tablespoon of ghee and add jeera and whole dry spices and than add tomato onion puree

Mix it and add coriander powder and chilli powder and mix.

Than add boiled peas and cooked methi and mix.

Cook it for a minute. Add water if needed.

Than add cream and mix and cook.

At last add garam masala and salt.

Serve and enjoy.
