Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 300 gramsChicken thighs
  2. 8Wiener sausages
  3. 1/2Cabbage
  4. 1Onion
  5. 1/2Carrot
  6. 1 tbspOlive oil
  7. 2 can★ Canned tomatoes
  8. 400 mlWater
  9. 2 tsp★ Grated garlic
  10. 2★ Consommé, cubed type
  11. 1 tbsp★ Chicken soup stock granules
  12. 1 tsp★ Salt
  13. 1 tbsp★ Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
  14. 1Bay leaf
  15. 1 tbspSugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add the ★ ingredients to the pot and bring to a boil.

  2. 2

    Heat olive oil in a frying pan, lightly sauté the other ingredients, then add to the pot all at once.

  3. 3

    When the ingredients are cooked through, it's ready to serve!

  4. 4

    Note: If you reverse Steps 1 and 2, you can make it all in one pot!

  5. 5

    Add rice to the leftovers, whisk in a beaten eggs and top with melting cheese. Sprinkle on dried basil and you have an "omurice-style risotto".
