Ingredients

  • 700 gTilapia fillets
  • 3 tbspsgarlic, pounded
  • 2 tbsps salt
  • 25 g Sticky rice
  • 8 Chilies

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the tilapia fillets, salt, garlic and sticky rice in a mixing bowl, mix well. Then put in a plastic bag, add the chilies in. Tie tightly with rubber bands and leave at room temperature for 4-5 days. Now ready to fry.
