Hara Chana (Jinjara) ki Sabzi

Take a bowl of Hara chana and washed it.
Put the oil in the pressure pan and heat. Add inside "Khada Masamla", ajwain and pinch hing. - 2
Add ginger garlic chilli paste. Saute well. Next add onion and saute till turn golden. Add chopped tomatoes. Continuous stir. Then add chilli powder, Turmeric power, dhanya powder, garam masala and kasuri methi, 2 tbsp chopped coriander. After this add curd.

Mix all ingredients nicely. Add some water and cook it for 1 min. Then add Hara chana salt. 1 tsp sugar (optional)

Again add some water and cover with lid. Do 4 to 5 whistle on a slow flame.

Garnish with coriander and curd. Serve hot with any type of Indian bread or Jeera Rice
