First take carrot peel the skin and take a grater and grate completely. Keep it aside in a vessel.

Next take iron base tawa or strong tawa pour some ghee (desi) and fry all your fresh carrot slowly without burning underneath.

Then transfer in to vessel add milk, milkmaid, sugar, and then, in a pressure cooker whistle for 5to 6times.then put off your gas burner.

After 20minutes open the pressure cooker check your carrot fully cooked and soft..

Then take a kadai pour some ghee pour your cut cashew nuts, badam, dry grapes fry into golden colour and keep it aside..

Take a kadai pour your boiled, cooked, carrots add koya(grated) cook slowly when it comes to thick stage without touching side portion of the cooking tawa the portion should be in a rolling stage then your carrot halwa is ready. Then, transfer in to serving bowl.

Next step decorate with your roasted dry nuts, and grapes, and decorate with powdered cardamon and mixed it. Your tasty, healthy, sweet will be ready.
